HOW TO ORDER

Ordering is simple. If you want to pay with paypal, just put all the items you want in the shopping cart and then go to checkout.

If you want to pay by other means, please send an e-mail and I will get back to you with a total price. If you want something handmade, you can only order by e-mail.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

You can pay by credit card via Paypal (it's safe and free), you can make a bank transfer to my danish or my swedish bank account or you can pay cash if you pick your goods up in Copenhagen or Malmö. If you choose to pay cash on delivery, I will contact you to give you the address and arrange an appointment. Note that custom made items must be paid for in advance.

DELIVERY

We ship the goods in 1-2 days from receipt of the order. If you have ordered a handmade item, there will be a longer waiting time. We can ship the goods as a normal air mail letter, as a recorded letter or as a parcel. I recommend to have the items sent with some kind of insurance (recorded or parcel). I am not responsible for items lost in the mail unless you have paid for insurance.

RETURN POLICY

You are welcome to return your purchase if you are not satisfied with the size or the colour etc... The items must be returned in their original and unopened package within a week from receipt. I will refund you the cost of the merchandise when I have received it from you. Shipping expenses won't be refunded.

Please, send an e-mail to tell me about the problem before you return the goods.

All hair extensions cannot be returnerd because of hygienical reasons.
